As a Production Support Engineer, you?ll serve as the technical bridge between suppliers, customers, and internal teams (Engineering, Operations, and Quality). You?ll oversee production execution for mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical subassemblies including AURs, Canisters, Circuit Card Assemblies, Motors, Rocket Motors, Warheads, and machined parts. Your role will be hands-on, dynamic, and critical to ensuring production readiness and technical alignment across stakeholders.The Production Support Engineer will lead technical efforts to transfer production knowledge to new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
