This role oversees end-to-end execution of the product deployment by developing and managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications, and by ensuring all documentation and reporting remain accurate and current. The PM coordinates all planning and site readiness activities, including vendor-managed site surveys, needs assessments, system design documentation, survey reports, bill of materials creation, and installation procedures. During implementation, they schedule and track every installation to completion, validate installation quality, and secure required sign-offs. They manage all quality assurance tasks by confirming sites are ready for close-to-bill submission, resolving installation failures or rejections, and maintaining updated records. The PM also oversees service activation and performance testing for pilot and full-rollout phases, leads post-activation monitoring to identify and resolve recurring issues, and ensures seamless customer training and handoff to the client?s operations teams.
