Daily - Track status of upcoming DURs and resolve any prioritization/scheduling issues raised by project teams with GRC leadership as appropriate.2. Daily - Track and ensure third-party is completing pre-DUR tasks with the project teams. Validate all pre-reqs are met.3. Daily - Email management - Ensure all Data Governance emails are responded to within 1 business day. 4. Weekly - Sync with GRC leadership for reviewing upcoming new Data Uses to determine if they are in scope for DU.5. Weekly - Support large initiatives in the DUR process via weekly/bi-weekly syncs. 6. Weekly - Review DUR deck prepared by third-party for completeness; Follow up with third-party project team on missing or incomplete components. Depending on volume may need to assist with prep.7. Weekly - Track and ensure post-DUR action items are logged and send out meeting minutes (DUR to be facilitated by GRC partners).8. As needed - Interfacing with project managers going through DUR as the first point of escalation to GRC leadership.9. As needed - Coordination of ad-hoc pre/post DUR planning meetings with stakeholders/SMEs to facilitate resolution of issues blocking projects going to DUR committee.10.
