An employer inSan Diego is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join the team on a large government contract. This specialist will be providing information technology field services... and troubleshooting support for customer technical issues onsite. The main responsibilities of the role will be centered around handling 2-4 tickets a day involving issues with laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and other technical equipment in person with the customer, so strong communication skills and a deserve to provide customer service support is necessary. Additional duties include assisting information engineers in coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects. Conceptualize, design, construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical Information Technology (IT) solutions through the application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
