We are seeking an experienced Director of Compensation to lead and evolve our compensation strategy, programs, and processes. This role will be responsible for advanced compensation work, incentive... design and governance, market analysis, and partnership with leaders across the business to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable compensation practices.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and oversee company-wide compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and other variable compensation structures-Design, evaluate, and administer incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance outcomes-Perform advanced compensation analysis, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and program modeling-Partner closely with managers and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions and implement consistent, scalable processes-Establish and refine compensation policies, frameworks, and governance structures-Manage participation in compensation surveys and interpret survey data to inform salary and incentive recommendations-Conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry benchmarks-Support compensation-related needs within Workday, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency-Prepare and deliver clear compensation insights and recommendations to leadershipWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
