Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced, highly process‑driven Senior Local Marketing Program Coordinator to support a Local Marketing team. This role owns the end‑to‑end execution of local marketing initiatives, ensuring requests move efficiently from intake through final production with accuracy, speed, and accountability. This person will operate autonomously, manage timelines, and enforce process without ongoing coaching.
Key Responsibilities
-Own intake, prioritization, tracking, and execution of Local Marketing and Brand Partner requests using Monday.com
-Drive projects from request to completion by clearly articulating needs to designers ,vendors, and cross‑functional teams
-Coordinate with internal teams including National Brand, Field Marketing, Creative, Legal, Digital, and external partners
-Manage detailed project workflows (example: coupon or collateral creation)—from request intake and asset guidance, to legal disclaimers, final proofing, and file delivery
-Proofread, error‑check, and take full ownership of deliverables to ensure brand and legal accuracy
-Partner with third‑party production suppliers and eCommerce platform owners to upload assets, manage printing, and oversee mass distribution
-Proactively build timelines, set meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure milestones are met without reminders or escalation
-Enforce structured, repeatable processes to support scale and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
-4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or program management
-Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (or deeply comparable tools such as Asana); must be comfortable running workflows independently
-Strong process orientation with the ability to design, enforce, and improve workflows
-Extreme attention to detail with demonstrated experience proofreading and QA’ing marketing assets
-Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
-Experience working autonomously—able to drive projects forward without nudging, coaching, or micro‑management
-Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly translate requests into action
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Background working with creative teams, legal review processes, and production vendors
-Experience managing printed and digital marketing collateral at scale
-Prior exposure to agency or corporate marketing environments
-Ability to step into an existing process and elevate it quickly due to senior‑level experience
