We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Vendor Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely... payments to our suppliersResponsibilities:Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.Assist with month-end closing activities.Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
