Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) to lead and support a critical EMR (Electronic Medical Records) platform... integration initiative. This role involves working closely with a third-party vendor to facilitate the integration of a new platform into our existing systems, with a strong emphasis on understanding and managing the downstream impact on internal data flows and end users. As the project is in its early stages, the BA/PM will be instrumental in gathering and refining business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical thinking, technical acumen, and project management skills, enabling them to navigate complex integration challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the project forward from planning through execution.
