A healthcare insurance company is looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of data projects. Currently, the data team is working to turn data analytics work into actionable... insights that address key business goals (i.e. Total Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Member Engagement, Risk Adjustment). As the data team's Scrum Master you are responsible for the backlog of data ingestion/compilation items, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments and ensuring the team implements effective agile processes to deliver results.
