You will play a key role in sustaining critical coater/developer equipment, supporting new technology introductions, and ensuring stable, high quality manufacturing performance.Key Responsibilities:? Qualify, sustain, and optimize clean track (coater) equipment in a high volume fab environment.? Support process and equipment troubleshooting, including tool matching, root cause analysis, and process transfers from other manufacturing sites.? Lead installation and qualification of new photoresist materials on existing tools.? Prepare clear, accurate technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and customer review.? Contribute to process specification responses, resist evaluations, and quality driven improvement initiatives.?
