The Head of Content will lead the development, execution and management of the content strategy across our publishing operations. This includes editorial direction, content creation, workflow... management, aligning content with business objectives, growing audience engagement, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our brand voice. The person will supervise content teams (writers, editors, designers) and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, production and operations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the content strategy: define what types of content (books, digital, audio, video, articles) the company will produce, for which audiences, on what platforms/channels.- Define and maintain the brand voice, tone, style guidelines, editorial standards.- Build, manage and mentor the content team: editors, writers, content producers, freelancers.
