This resource will come in and deep dive into the electrical grid, identify issues, or put together a system to identify issues, start putting a plan together, set up policies, etc. The ideal candidate will join this team and be able to identify the solution, look at all the information, analyze the data, educate the customer and act as a consultant. They are looking for someone who would be willing to learn and transition to a more operations focused role. They will be doing construction coordination, meaning they will be assessing outage on the transmission systems to support construction efforts. They will also be supporting regulatory filings influencing state and local policies. They will be resolving customer complaints and investigating their industrial customers power quality issues. They will be supporting transmission planning by providing operational insight on plans.
