Perform accurate data entry for:- Internal employee payroll- Subcontractor invoices- Third-party revenue reporting invoices- Review and validate documentation submitted by multiple offices via... Smartsheets- Enter and track payroll and invoice data in Our Task and internal systems- Identify discrepancies in paperwork, unit codes, or payroll submissions- Flag errors and communicate issues to Office Coordinators for correction- Escalate unresolved discrepancies or misunderstandings to management as needed- Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy before data is finalized- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across high-volume entriesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
