Outside of normal working hours, the Contractor may backfill this role with a Project Safety Representative, who shall have no other assigned duties while serving in the Project Safety Manager position. Subcontractors shall also supply a dedicated Project Safety Manager when their onsite workforce reaches 40 or more personnel. A dedicated Project Safety Manager may be required for subcontractors with poor safety performance at subcontractors sole cost and no additional cost to the project.
