Insight Global is searching for a ERP Engineer for a Healthcare employer in the Baltimore, MD area. This role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the server, database, and integration... infrastructure supporting ERP and related business systems to ensure high availability, performance, security, and recoverability. It serves as the infrastructure-level technical escalation point for ERP issues beyond application support, managing servers, databases, networks, integrations, SSL certificates, patching, backups, and disaster recovery while coordinating closely with IS, HRIS, and ERP teams. The role plans and executes maintenance and change control activities, provides infrastructure input for vendor upgrades and implementations, supports testing of system enhancements, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.
