Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to join our Environmental Permitting and Planning (EP&P) Team in either our Houston or Austin office.... Key Responsibilities Provide program/project management and technical support to ecology and environmental permitting projects and proposals. Propose, plan, execute, and manage projects of varying complexity with multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with clients in Texas/Oklahoma and engage in proposal preparation (scoping and pricing). Manage projects with a breakdown of 60% project management, 20% mentoring/coaching staff, and 20% business growth. Handle permitting processes, including field data collection, organization, and submission for permits or proposals. Maintain familiarity with state and federal regulations and agencies, including: Texas Commission on Environmental Quality U.S. Army Corps of Engineers U.S. Environmental Protection Agency U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Experience with: SPCC, SWPPP, permitting delineation, endangered species reports.
