Engage with job seeker leads and applicants.Proactively identify and attract potential candidates for open positions using various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry databases.Review resumes and conduct phone screens, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.Screen candidates for skills, experience, and knowledge relevant to position requirements.Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruitment status via phone and email.Draft offers and coordinate candidates through the pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screens, and driving document verification.Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR staff to support hiring needs.Identify opportunities for improvement within recruitment and sourcing processes to enhance candidate engagement and maintain candidate pools.Maintain recruiting metrics and accurate database records in the applicant tracking system (ADP) and spreadsheets.Assist in organizing recruitment events, including employer presentations and onsite or virtual hiring events.Participate in group HR projects and other administrative Human Resources activities as needed.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
