Support the Midstream Projects Team by assisting the Director of Projects and Project Managers in managing the project portfolio across all lifecycle stages?development, planning, execution,... monitoring, and closure.?Project ManagementoManage and support low-complexity projects.oLearn and apply project management processes and systems.oCoordinate project teams, schedules, costs, and procurement.oCommunicate project updates across the organization.?Budget SupportoAssist with annual budget validation and preparation.oCoordinate and prepare for budget review meetings.?Auditing & AnalysisoMonitor and report on project health (financials, schedules, documentation).oTrack cost approvals, workflow items (AFEs, MOCs), and forecast alignment.oReview project status reports and job plans.?ReportingoGenerate monthly spend reports and outage schedules.oSummarize findings from audits and analyses.?Administrative SupportoSet up projects in management systems.oHandle AFEs, bid events, requisitions, and contractor verification.oMaintain contractor registers and upload completed projects.oPush approvals and manage time/material reports.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
