The Stage Test Manager will oversee all stage test operations for the Alpha launch vehicle and support subsystem testing for the new Eclipse vehicle at the Briggs, TX test site. This role is critical... in validating flight hardware before it reaches the launch pad, ensuring thrust, propellant masses, pressurization systems, and leak integrity meet mission standards.Key Responsibilities? Team & Program Leadership? Serve as Integrated Product Team Manager for stage testing? Manage test stand schedules across multiple programs? Lead KPI development and tracking? Conduct daily stand meetings and escalate blockers? Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of test engineers and operators? Test Operations? Integrate, instrument, and test rocket components using advanced test stands and software? Serve as Test Director or Test Conductor during campaigns?
