Assist with capital projects, including equipment installations, relocations, and commissioning. Monitor KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and PM compliance rates. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team and the broader organization.
