The candidate will serve as a technical lead, stepping into the Engineering Director?s capacity when needed, and will manage consultants, design teams, and construction personnel. Responsibilities include signing and sealing plans and reports, developing specifications for traffic, drainage, and roadway design, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels?from field staff to executive leadership.
