The max rate for this position is $44/hr. This person will work remote but ideally sit in the east coast Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contract terms and conditions comply with project specifications and legal standards. Diligently monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the life of each contract. Evaluate and process change orders. Assess impacts to project budget, schedule and scope. Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, legal teams and contractors to promptly address contractual issues. Manage and resolve any disputes that may arise. Evaluate project status against the contract schedule. Issue contract notices and monitor recovery plans. Work closely with contractors to ensure project progress aligns with schedule expectations. Actively manage schedules and production forecasts through project execution. Manage complex regulatory/permitting issues such as NEPA, CPUC, Tribal Lands, etc. Plan and manage project major materials including planning, ordering, receiving and dispersal. Provide project-level and executive project reporting including regular updates to our key customers. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract related documents, correspondence and changes. Manage budgets and accurate spend forecasts throughout project execution. Proactively mitigate risks to stay within budget constraints. Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join the PMO office for one of its largest Tier 1 Automotive Supplier customers based in Northville, MI. This is a fully remote position based... in Europe, & this person should be an exceptional communicator, with a background in end to end IT app dev & infrastructure projects, and working with high level stakeholders & 3rd party vendors.Specific Responsibilities:? End-to-end accountability for project tasks/activities and act as central point of contact for project activities and questions? Develop project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets? Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects? Utilize project management methodology to direct and lead team deliverable development? Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects taking into account timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits? Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and other Tenneco cross functional teams? Identify, document and escalate identified risks and issues through program and IT Management? Prepare project status reports for upper management?
