A healthcare insurance provider is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their BI team, The Business Analyst will be focused on BI Documentation and will be responsible for translating business... requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications that support the development of BI reports, dashboards, and widgets, working closely with stakeholders, Technical Product Owners, designers, BI engineers, and data engineers to ensure accuracy and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. This role involves reviewing and enhancing existing documentation and SQL logic to identify gaps, maintain completeness, and ensure consistency with data models and reporting needs. The analyst will also drive process improvements within the documentation workflow, advocate for best practices in communication and Agile methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI ecosystem. Success in this position requires strong technical writing skills, a solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and database design, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, experience with process optimization, and proficiency with GCP BigQuery, with Teradata knowledge considered a plus.
