Insight Global is seeking a talented Remote Instrumentation and Controls Estimator to join our client in the industrial and process control systems integration industry. They will support the... municipal water industry for projects primarily near office locations in Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will have Process Controls and Water/Wastewater (or related) experience. The candidate should also have a background in Instrumentation and Controls. The day to day of this Estimator will meet with team members to go through status updates on project bids. They will work with the chief estimator to spec them out and handle the additional job responsibilities below: Responsibilities:?Prepares detailed estimates to meet customer requirements and company policies?Prepare proposal documents and customer proposal forms, as required by customer request?Assists with evaluation and improvements of company estimating process?Prepares the feasibility/contract review form and schedule pricing review meetings when required?Work with Project Management to establish budgets and coordinate scope to kickoff project when purchase orders are received?Responsible for the follow up of proposals to determine status and obtain feedback about pricing.?Process controls and/or instrumentation experience a must?Must be able to travel for short periods of time to attend Bid meetings, Value Analysis Meetings, Pre-award Meetings and assist in project implementation as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
