Key Responsibilities1. Operational Leadership & Service Delivery? Lead day-to-day operations of our MSP - global infrastructure across on-prem data centers, cloud environments, and hybrid models.?... Ensure 24x7 operational support models for global workloads and client requirements.2. Technical & Infrastructure Acumen? Oversee administration and optimization of Windows, Linux, Unix servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).? Lead network and security infrastructure operations including LAN, WAN, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.? Drive excellence in storage, backup, and disaster recovery services.?
