Maintain inventory levels through proactive monitoring, replenishment planning, and usage tracking to prevent shortages or excess. Forecasting \u0026 Planning Develop short- and long-term material forecasts based on production plans, historical consumption, and projected usage. Partner with operations, procurement, and finance to align supply plans with budget and capacity constraints. 3. Vendor Management \u0026 External Partner Coordination Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers of biologics materials, single-use components, and critical consumables. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance. Lead vendor-related issue resolution, escalations, and risk mitigation. Coordinate closely with procurement, quality, validation, R\u0026D, and manufacturing to ensure aligned expectations and continuity of supply. 4. Systems \u0026 Data Management Utilize SAP (MM, PP, and related modules) for master data management, MRP, material transactions, and purchase order workflows. Use Power BI or similar tools to build dashboards, supply visibility reports, and KPI metrics. Ensure data integrity across systems to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence. Leverage MES, digital tools, and site planning systems to integrate supply chain data into project controls. 5. Project Management \u0026 Operational Optimization Lead supply chain workstreams supporting operational excellence, capacity planning, calibration/validation readiness, and resource optimization. Day to Day:?Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives.?Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking.?Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones.?Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.?Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution.?Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration.?Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team.?Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications.?Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.Pay ranges from $15-$23/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
