This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling offers, rewards,... and customer engagement experiences that enhance loyalty across the bank?s digital ecosystem, creating a more seamless, personalized customer experience.Responsibilities? Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for loyalty, offers, and rewards initiatives? Translate high-level business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs? Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver customer-facing digital features? Lead the development of offers and rewards experiences, including campaign enablement, redemption flows, and customer journeys?
