Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an HR Coordinator / HR Operations Specialist to support a growing HR team in Woodinville, WA. This individual will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, processing employee changes, and assisting with benefits administration, LOA, and FMLA tracking. They will also manage and respond to a shared HR inbox, addressing employee questions related to benefits, payroll, and leave policies. The role will partner closely with HR leadership while supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple locations. This position will be onsite Monday through Friday during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote). The compensation range for this role is $28-36/hr W2.

Required Skills & Experience
-Available to start by June 1
-2+ years of HR operations or HR coordinator experience
-Experience managing employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
-Knowledge of benefits administration, LOA, and FMLA
-Experience handling HR inquiries
-Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
