Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Digital Product Owner for one of our largest consumer health clients. This role owns the day‑to‑day execution and evolution of the company’s DTC and TikTok Shop experiences. You will act as the central product owner sitting between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring platforms are technically ready for campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives. The role is hands‑on and execution‑oriented: owning the backlog, aligning priorities, coordinating across logistics, content, marketing, and tech, and ensuring smooth delivery in a lean, highly matrixed environment.

Day-to-Day:
• Own day-to-day execution for DTC + TikTok Shop initiatives and operational needs (campaign readiness, coordination, issue triage, continuous improvements)

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (commercial, marketing, logistics, content) and engineering/technical teams

• Manage backlog/priorities and drive delivery of requested enhancements and readiness items

• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and approvals (including privacy/compliance where needed)

• Provide clear updates to stakeholders (roadmap/status updates, performance summaries, demos/roadshows)

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years in digital product management or product ownership roles

- Hands‑on experience owning DTC or social commerce platforms end‑to‑end

-Strong TikTok Shop or social commerce execution experience (feeds, promos, fulfillment, affiliates, or live shopping)

-Experience working with ecommerce backends (OMS, payments, inventory, integrations)

-Proven ability to operate independently in small, lean, highly cross‑functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Shopify or comparable DTC platform experience (Shopify not required)

- Agency or consulting background with true ownership mindset

- Experience in large enterprise environments without heavy regulatory constraints
