Coordinate installations and project delivery timelines for Ryder and customer locations. Provide extended periods of time on support and project phone calls with Ryder users and vendors. Computer use for email communications with users, customers and vendors. Computer use for managing tasks on the Ryder incident ticketing system. Ability to quickly diagnose complex issues and set forth a recovery strategy or plan for solution.
