Insight Global is looking for an individual to provide onsite support for the Navy ERP user management, governance, and operational Team for PACFLT commands, providing oversight of workflow... integrity, access controls, and reporting visibility in support of Finance, Accounting, Operations, and leadership. The resource will support end-to-end execution of user onboarding/offboarding, role-based access control (RBAC) provisioning/deprovisioning, workflow routing support, and periodic access reviews aligned to command policies and Business Support Office (BSO) direction. This role will govern segregation-of-duties (SoD) and internal controls to maintain audit readiness, triage and route authorization defects, and deliver over-the-shoulder support for access-related issues impacting business processes. The resource will also develop and maintain executive-ready reporting and performance monitoring solutions (e.g., Power BI/Power Query dashboards and KPI tracking) that translate ERP transactional data into actionable insights for operational planning, workload management, and continuous improvement.
