Your daily responsibilities include:-Material Planning \u0026 Forecasting-Log in to the ERP system to manage and monitor material planning activities.-Plan demand and maintain safety stock strategies to ensure supply continuity.-Understand and monitor delivery/response times, forecasting methods, and subcontracting processes.-Analyze supply gaps and implement proactive solutions to improve performance.-Ensure compliance with materials and demand planning guidelines.-Purchase Order Management-Place and monitor purchase orders based on demand signals, from initiation to delivery.-Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to the correct location.-Identify process issues, propose improvements, and share best practices.-Coordinate closely with contract manufacturers in Texas to align on production and delivery schedules.-Inventory Management-Lead strategies for disposition of inactive, obsolete, or excess inventory.Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste through proactive planning.-Shortage Management-Monitor material shortage tools and adjust supplier delivery schedules as needed.-Communicate risks of shortages to customers and implement mitigation plans.-Develop and execute action plans to improve material availability.-Data Analysis \u0026 Reporting-Pull, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to support decision-making.-Use insights from data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
