This Mobile Maintenance Technician supports multiple mixed use industrial sites, performing preventative maintenance across office, warehouse, and light manufacturing environments. The role is... heavily focused on routine facility upkeep, including HVAC, light plumbing, fire safety equipment, and general repairs such as lighting. The technician travels between sites in Drummondville, Montreal, and periodically Quebec City and Ottawa, ensuring buildings remain operational and compliant. A key part of the role involves coordinating with vendors, escorting them onsite, and aligning work with production and facility schedules. The technician also manages work orders through a CMMS, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with stakeholders.
