The ITGC & Compliance Analyst will support the administration of IT general control monitoring,... reporting, deficiency remediation, and audit readiness. This role will exercise independent judgement when evaluating the status of ITGCs, and will partner cross-functionally with IT, CyberSecurity, Internal Audit, Finance, and other business teams to support compliance efforts throughout the IPO readiness process.IT General Controls (ITGC) Compliance? Partner with internal audit firm to align on the status ITGC activities and milestones? Document, monitor, and report ITGC control gaps and remediation opportunities? Develop and maintain documentation and reporting, including but not limited to remediation narratives and control matricesCross-Functional Collaboration? Serve as the key point of contact for ITGC compliance initiatives? Act as a subject matter expert on SOX and ITGC compliance? Partner closely with various teams to ensure controls are well designed and sustainable? Communicate audit outcomes and compliance updates to stakeholdersAudit Management?
