Job Description

Position Overview:

This Project Analyst will act as a central point of accountability for portfolio‑level performance, financial transparency, and delivery insight across IT initiatives.
This role is heavily focused on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and KPI tracking across large transformation programs. The individual will partner closely with Finance, IT leadership, PMO/TMO, and initiative leads to ensure disciplined execution and executive‑level visibility.
Core mission: Drive financial tracking, performance visibility, and data‑driven decision support across enterprise IT transformation.
Day to Day:
• Own financial tracking & performance across IT initiatives (budget, forecast, spend, value realization)
• Track and report on portfolio KPIs and overall program health
• Consolidate large volumes of data points into concise, executive‑ready reporting
• Partner heavily with Finance to align on forecasting, spend, and financial governance
• Prepare SteerCo and executive‑level materials, including messaging and dashboards
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and performance gaps and escalate appropriately
• Support day‑to‑day execution visibility (D2D) across transformation initiatives
• Ensure consistent reporting across program‑level (not just project‑level) initiatives
Participate in governance forums to drive alignment across IT, Finance, and leadership
