Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an ITGC & Compliance Analyst to support a large veterinary client. The ITGC & Compliance Analyst will support the administration of IT general control monitoring, reporting, deficiency remediation, and audit readiness. This role will exercise independent judgement when evaluating the status of ITGCs, and will partner cross‑functionally with IT, CyberSecurity, Internal Audit, Finance, and other business teams to support compliance efforts throughout the IPO readiness process.

IT General Controls (ITGC) Compliance

· Partner with internal audit firm to align on the status ITGC activities and milestones

· Document, monitor, and report ITGC control gaps and remediation opportunities

· Develop and maintain documentation and reporting, including but not limited to remediation narratives and control matrices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Serve as the key point of contact for ITGC compliance initiatives

· Act as a subject matter expert on SOX and ITGC compliance

· Partner closely with various teams to ensure controls are well designed and sustainable

· Communicate audit outcomes and compliance updates to stakeholders

Audit Management

· Support internal audit requests by providing documentation, evidence, and clarifications

· Support external audit requests by providing documentation, evidence, and clarifications

· Oversee corrective action plans and remediation follow ups

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of ITGC experience, including evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls
Strong understanding of IT, finance, and operational controls
Solid knowledge of SOX regulations, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies
Ability to assess risk, identify control gaps, and design scalable compliance programs
Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-evolving environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
Effective time management and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and completeness
Demonstrated accountability and commitment to high performance standards
Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency in addressing user needs and issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience with GRC tools such as Optro (formerly known as AuditBoard)

· Experience with ServiceNow ticketing

· Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
