Lastly, this person will come from a Cyber and IT background in order to feel confident navigating PCs and OS to retrieve data, visualize risk, and reverse engineer potential issues proactively and report findings to the team. To be successful, this person will come from a software environment, creating their own code and solutions, understand the value of documentation, and demonstrate previous successes managing a migration or expansion or solution end to end. Lastly, this person will have vulnerability, threat, and Red/Blue/Purple team experience, as this position sits on the Red Team Engineering.
