What You?ll Do?Lead end-to-end construction management of semiconductor facilities, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.?Lead and manage multi-discipline projects, throughout all... phases of construction, with overall architectural build-out, structural, and MEP familiarity.?Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards. Ensure adherence of contractors? Quality Control standards and support internal Quality Assurance/Commissioning for turnover of MEP systems?Responsible for project buy-out including developing bid packages, working with Procurement to issue RFP?s, writing contracts and Scopes of Work, and issuing Work Orders. Conduct weekly review progress meetings with project teams to identify scope gaps, risks, project goals, and recovery plans?Track and review contractor invoices. Create, manage, update, and enforce overall project schedule based off project documents. Compare and track baseline from actual and report variances. Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project?Monitor project costs and expenses, comparing actuals against the budget while also Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering alternatives. Experience in reviewing, generating, and submitting RFI?s and Submittals?Experience in reading, interpreting, and implementing Contract Documents and Specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, industry standards, and codes.
