The ideal candidate for this role will have close to a decade of leadership experience in manufacturing environments in the semiconductor, chemical, material science or similar industries. They must possess a strong understanding of advanced manufacturing engineering, quality, finance, safety, facilities and R+D. The goal of this role is to keep department initiatives organized and on-track, create systems for process inefficiencies, aid in data collection and reporting, and identify and solve other miscellaneous department issues to ensure all priorities are being met. It is required that this person is located in the Toledo, OH area and there is the potential for relocation assistance for this role.
