The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the following :?Provide L3 support for Salesforce-related incidents and service requests escalated from L1/L2 teams.?Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.?Participate in on-call support rotations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.?Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.?Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.?Work closely with Salesforce developers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.?Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal support processes.?Support deployment activities and post-release validations.?Stay updated with Salesforce platform changes and recommend improvements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
