Financial Integration Manager

This Telecom client is looking for someone who can help with this clients integration with a smaller company that they recently acquired. There are ongoing efforts to integrate both companys... More operations and this team is focused specifically on financial operations and systems. The team you would be joining falls within the IT organization but partners with FP&A to manage IT Finance systems. As this smaller companys customers become this clients customers, they need to figure out what that means from a financial standpoint. This person will work specifically on integration/acquisition type work associated with integrating the acquired companys financial assets into the clients. There are two main areas of focusthe planning aspects between the two companies need to integrate and customer revenue aspects need to eventually integrate.There is also some focus around leasing (leasing of things like retail stores, cell towers, etc.). There are lease accounting standards that need to be considered here. This person will be responsible for joining calls to talk about operations and integration planning. They will be responsible for summarizing information and take aways, having a perspective on different financial integration type conversations. and represent Finance Technology in these discussions. These calls will include people from both companies Finance and Finance IT teams as well as Legal.
