The Sr. Escrow Officer is primarily responsible for completing all tasks and responsibilities associated with intake, processing, closing, and funding new title orders.*Understanding the escrow... process to determine what steps need to be taken to conduct a closing pursuant to the conditions called for in the real estate contract and lender instructions.*Collaborates with the title department to resolve title issues such as legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, all tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, boundary disputes, encroachments, list pendants, etc.*Reviews title commitments for accuracy and completeness to ensure all requirements are satisfied and works with appropriate parties to prepare documents for closing.*Conducts closing, in office or in conjunction with an outside vendor, with customer, realtor, lenders, and attorneys.*Receives and reviews all documents for accuracy and completeness and prepares files for disbursement.*Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organizations Values.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
