The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise organization, have strong requirements gathering and translating skills, excellent communication skills, and should have proven experience interfacing with various levels of business and technical teams. This is an immediate, 6 month contract to hire need, and will require 3 days a week onsite in Wilmington, DE.
