We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate user story development and project estimates with the product owner and SMEs, conduct business... They will ensure stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and documented, using JIRA or Azure DevOps for backlog management. The candidate will refine stories every sprint, create burn-up charts, update timelines, and communicate delays. They will work with the Product Owner to prioritize stories, identify dependencies, and resolve issues quickly. The candidate will lead all scrum ceremonies, design and execute test cases, and write SQL to validate test results. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process mapping, wireframing, agile methodologies, and scrum ceremonies. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience in writing and executing test cases and SQL queries are essential.
