Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting digital, mobile, or eCommerce initiatives, including medium to large-scale projects
- Strong experience gathering and articulating functional and experience requirements, including alignment to acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience translating business strategy into product or feature roadmaps
- Background working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Proven ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints while keeping the end-user experience front and center
