Collaboration & Communication Handle communication and relationship building between internal and external stakeholders/vendors Supporting the HSE Advisors, remediation & spill teamsThis is a hybrid role in Greeley, CO with 3 days in office Tues-Thurs and a 9/80 work schedule, however, there is flexibility in this for the right person. Pay is starting at $80 an hour and there's flexibility to go up to $100+ an hour for the right person. This role is starting out as a year-long contract that will likely get extended and there is opportunity for conversion to a full-time position down the line, however, it's not guaranteed. Relocation packages are available for anyone out of state with the right skill set willing to relocate. Lastly, this will be mainly an office-based role but occasionally, the PM might need to drive into the field. Key Responsibilities:- Develops and recommends maintenance techniques/plans to ensure optimization of both down time and resources including MOC information, QA/QC needs, P&IDs and required skill crafts.- In cooperation with Operations and Engineering develops the scope and purpose of equipment alterations, repairs, and new construction.- Determines facilities and equipment in operating area that may require replacement and/or repair and recommends maintenance procedures to Operations Leadership.- Reviews work order for proper authorization, priority of compliance maintenance, and accuracy.- Determines craft skills needed for maintenance activity and estimates man hours, material, tools, and equipment needed.This role is expected to be a 6+ month long contract with extensions likely. The rate range is $50-$65/hour.Work Environment: Generally working in an office environment; however, may require visiting and walking around some gas processing sites, driving on rural roads, and other field locations, to acquire familiarity with facilities and gather data. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to cold outside weather conditions and flammable gas and liquids.
