Key Responsibilities:- Develops and recommends maintenance techniques/plans to ensure optimization of both down time and resources including MOC information, QA/QC needs, P&IDs and required skill crafts.- In cooperation with Operations and Engineering develops the scope and purpose of equipment alterations, repairs, and new construction.- Determines facilities and equipment in operating area that may require replacement and/or repair and recommends maintenance procedures to Operations Leadership.- Reviews work order for proper authorization, priority of compliance maintenance, and accuracy.- Determines craft skills needed for maintenance activity and estimates man hours, material, tools, and equipment needed.This role is expected to be a 2-3 year long contract with extensions likely.
