Responsibilities:?Oversee executive calendar management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls?Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, presentations, and related materials?Review and submit expense reports with proper documentation and timely processing?Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations?Serve as a liaison with vendors; manage invoice review and budget reconciliation?Support building operations, including access coordination and facilities management?Maintain structured and accessible electronic filing systems?Compile and distribute weekly call materials; update and monitor deal activity in DealCloud?Assist the compliance team with internal reporting and documentation?Manage procurement of office and IT supplies?Organize and execute team and office events such as annual meetings and offsites?Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding for new hires?Provide support for portfolio company documentation and reporting needs?Oversee pantry and supply closet inventory, including ordering and restockingWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
