More manufacturing project in the SE Phoenix metro area. This person would report to the cost manager and also work closely with construction managers to process, manage and follow up on change orders and RFIs. The person in this role can expect to work through the company's software tools like Procore and Smartsheets to conduct general overview of change orders by ensuring that the scope matches the RFI. Then perform material, labor, equipment and profit breakouts, assign cost codes, confirm budget impacts and prepare the changes for the internal approval process. There may also be interactions with the customer's end client and subcontractors to respond to requests and confirm information accuracy. This is a six month contract, but there is the possibility for conversion or extension at the end of the initial engagement.
