RAG ?Demonstrated experience building RAG systems end to end in real implementations. ?Experience implementing RAG ingestion pipelines, including document ingestion and parsing, chunking, embedding generation, and indexing. ?Hands-on experience with retrieval and search techniques used in RAG, such as hybrid search and vector-based retrieval, and improving retrieval quality through tuning and evaluation. AI Agents Framework ?Expertise in at least one AI framework, for example LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernal, Google ADK ?Good understanding of agentic architecture patterns such as tool or function integration, state management, and orchestration Data and Storage ?Experience with SQL data systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, Proficient in writing, validating, and optimizing SQL queries, as well as ingesting data into SQL Server databases. ?Familiarity with NoSQL data handling, preferably Azure Cosmos DB, with exposure to managing unstructured or semi-structured data.
