Job Description
Yyou will be the driving force behind how we communicate our global economic impact, local investments, and community partnerships internally. This is not a traditional design role: we are looking for a narrative architect who can turn complex infrastructure data, economic metrics, and community initiatives into compelling, impactful stories for internal audiences.
Sitting embedded within our team, you will thrive in the "gray area." You won't always have a complete creative brief or a perfect outline. Instead, you will use strong project management skills to proactively gather information from cross-functional stakeholders, connect the dots, and fully own the story from conception to delivery.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in presentation design, creative strategy, executive communications, or a similar hybrid role.
Proven experience managing projects or workstreams that require gathering inputs from diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Preferred: Proven experience creating pitch decks, business cases, or strategic proposals directly for executive-level leadership.
An outstanding portfolio showcasing a strong command of information hierarchy, data visualization, and narrative flow
Mastery of Google Slides and a strong working knowledge of the broader Google Workspace ecosystem.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can write a killer headline just as well as you can design a slide.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
